We want you to be satisfied with every order. This policy describes when and how you can return items purchased from descaler.momomo.mom.
1. Return Window
You may return most unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used descaler, cleaner, or chemical products (for health and safety reasons);
- Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page;
- Gift cards;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, see Section 6 below — this policy does not apply.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Returns received without a valid RMA may be refused or delayed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact [email protected].
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping) at our cost.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.
8. Cancellations
Orders that have not yet entered fulfillment can be cancelled by emailing [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return per this policy.
